1. Your Assessment

A 30 minute Intro Session

• This mentorship is a 1x1 experience. Everything is tailored to your needs.
• We will use this time to identify areas of improvement and set clear goals

A Supervised On-Site Assessment

• I'll spend 2 hours with you for a hands-on evaluation, closely observing your technique and client care etiquette.

• Based on the assessment, I will create a mentorship path that is tailored towards the areas you struggle with​

Build a Portfolio of  Client Work
During this stage the goal is to improve your technique while bringing attention to your work

• Find initial clients for practice and portfolio building.
• Improve your technique and speed through supervised practice
• Navigate the purchase and selection of quality supplies and equipment
• Set up a compliant and safe workspace
• Guidance on how to market yourself with a limited portfolio

Expand your Service Offerings
At this phase, we want to expand your portfolio to include new offering

• Supervised learning sessions focusing on upcoming offerings such as lip blush and scar camouflage. 
• Guaranteed ways to expand your book of business through referrals
• Learn strategies Set up a compliant and safe workspace
• Guidance on how to market yourself with a limited portfolio

Cynthia is a Licensed Esthetician and Certified Permanent Make-up and Microblading Artist.

She has extensive experience with Permanent Cosmetics. She has Worked on Over thousands of Clients and counting. Cynthia prides herself in being a Perfectionist and giving her clients the best experience when they come visit Forever Cosmetics NJ.  She truly cares about making her clients happy. Cynthia is a firm believer that Less is More and that natural is her main focus. She tailors to her clients wants and needs. Her artistry and techniques varies from person to person.

​She is highly trained by some of the best instructors in the world including: Kler Rosenberg from Phibrows Academy, Rose Marie Beauchemin from Beau Institute of Permanent & Corrective Cosmetics, and Kristina Melnicenco from 5Star Brows.
